All custom patched hats are FINAL SALE — NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

Because each hat is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or approved customization choices.

However, we stand behind our work. If your hat arrives with an issue caused by our workmanship, please contact us. The hat may be shipped back to us and we will repair or correct the issue at no cost to you.

Please double-check all hat colors, styles, patch designs, wording, spelling, and customization details before placing your order.
